"In late 2004 we contacted Steve Towe about our desire to own a parcel of rural land - a parcel that we could develop and enjoy with our children for many years. At that time we were not personally acquainted with Steve, be we knew his parents and thought very highly of his father who had done landscaping work for us several years before. We were specific about what we wanted and Steve offered several suggestions about other features that would make the land more usable and valuable. He informed us that it might take several months or more to find exactly what we wanted.
